Shripur at home
The app, the membership, the books and the objects.
The path continues between journeys. The Shripur app will carry the practice home: a daily sitting, the yantras, the texts, and what your guide shares with you. Membership opens with it.
In the app
The daily sitting
Open the app, choose a length and rest your eyes on your journey’s yantra on a dim screen. As the sitting goes on, the map is taken away from the outside in, one enclosure at a time, in the order the Yoginīhṛdaya walks it, until only the point is left. Then you close your eyes. If your guide gave you a breath to keep, a slow ring keeps it with you.
- Length
- 3, 5, 10 or 20 minutes
- Yantra
- your journey’s, or the Śrī Cakra
- Order
- from the gate inward, one enclosure at a time, until only the point is left
- Breath
- the breath your guide gave you, or your own
No streaks and no score. The only record is the one you and your guide keep, in words.
What the app will hold
Practice, not light. The Instrument runs only in a guided session, so the app holds everything that belongs at home.
The daily sitting
A short sitting with your journey’s yantra, walked inward from the gate to the point, with the breath your guide gave you, to keep the practice alive between retreats.
Readings of the map
The commentary on each enclosure, a few minutes at a time, in plain words: the nine enclosures from the gate to the point, then the halving ladder from form to the formless.
The yantras
Each journey’s yantra, with its colour and its text of origin, to contemplate before and after the light.
The texts
Readings from the sources the journeys draw from, in plain translation, a passage at a time.
Your map
What your guide shares with you after each journey, in words. There is no score, and there never will be.
Membership
Membership opens with the app: the daily practice, the yantras and the texts, and first word on journeys, the Academy and new books. It is for anyone who wants to practise with the path, before or after a journey.
Details, including what it costs, will be shared with the early list before anyone is asked to pay.

The objects
Sri Protocol: a service tag for the inner path, built in the hard-surface language of instruments. The whole Śrī Cakra sits at its centre, drawn as the tradition draws it, in lines exact to the coordinates: three stepped squares with their gates, two lotuses, the nine triangles and a ruby at the bindu.
The geometry runs into the hardware. The Flower of Life is etched in the corners, a dial of forty-eight parts rings the lotus, gates are cut into the frame, and four fire triangles climb one side while five śakti triangles descend the other. श्रीपुर and SHRIPUR are raised at the foot.
In silver, gold, brass and black, on ball chain. Made to be worn after a journey, not instead of one.
Concept renders, modelled from the exact geometry after R.K. Luthra’s design. The final pieces will differ.
The books
The journeys are drawn from texts. We publish them, with commentary, in plain English.
Be first
We will write when the app opens, when membership opens, when a book is released and when the objects are ready. Nothing else.
